PERSONAL PROJECT | AEOLUS JET

 

In love with all that goes fast I wanted to design something I had never done before. This led to two different projects: The Aeolus Jet and The Poseidon Yacht. This Chapter is about the Aeolus Jet. 

 

The Aeolus jet, named after the god of the winds, is designed to concur the skies. Aeolus allows the travellers to travel in style and luxury. The goal was to design original yet elegant shapes for the Aeolus. This led to the important and elegant line throughout the front of the jet to the tail, resembling an abstract shape of wind. 

 

The search for original shapes led to the dual tail wing. This is an surprising and original shape which still meets the functional requirements. The double hollow inserted engines lead to an single exhaust which demands the attention from a rear view angle.
