GAZELLE | BICYCLE LAMP

GAZELLE | BICYCLE LAMP

This is a school project I worked on during the third year. The design for the headlight was made for Gazelle’s Goldline series. These are expensive and lightweight bicycles made out of the best materials. I tried to design a lamp which is easy to assemble. This is done by sliding the various parts in the main housing. By using a thigh fitting no other fastening is needed and the parts will not vibrate. The lamp has rubber closures by which the lamp is closed. The On/Off button is located on the top of the main housing. The light around the button indicates the battery status. The main housing can be snapped from the standard. This was the lamp can be stored safely and makes it possible to replace the batteries. By using SolidWorks software I designed a headlight which is technically correct and should be ready for production.
